Due to the owner's ongoing illness and family challenges, Winnow Press is indefinitely suspended. If you entered a past contest and have not yet received a refund, please notify us.

Send the following information via e-mail:

Your name, address, and telephone number

The title of your manuscript

The name and date of the contest you entered

We will check your entry against our contest log and then send you a $30 refund, regardless of which contest you entered.

If you have not received a check within one month of your request, please call (512) 363-3989 (cell phone) to confirm that your refund has been received and processed.

We deeply regret having to suspend the press and hope to reactivate it someday. Our thanks to the countless extraordinary poets and fiction writers who allowed us to read their work, our gratitude and esteem to our judges, and our appreciation to our staff for their efforts and advice.
